Yoga is definitely the way to go, not only for &lt;a href="http://www.self-improvement-advice.org/overcoming-panic-attacks.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;overcoming panic attacks&lt;/a&gt;, but also for treating various anxiety related disorders. The benefits of Yoga for our long term health cannot be over stated. Takes a bit of a discipline, but worth the effort.
